Reimagining Spaces Through Aquatic Design

In our Schematic Design phase, our team works alongside clients and design professionals to define project goals, establish square footage requirements, and create the initial design concepts, all while double-checking codes and regulations. At the end of this stage, we’ll focus on the preliminary design and develop Rough Order Magnitude (ROM) and Basis of Design (BOD).

During our Design Development phase, we expand on our initial designs by collaborating with sub-consultants to specify materials, layouts, and details for approval. This phase focuses on stabilizing the design before moving forward so all potential issues can be addressed.

In our Construction Document phase, we’ve finished the detailed drawings and specifications (meaning a high level of accuracy for contractors to bid on the project)! With plans in hand and a final product aligning with our client’s vision, it’s time to make the magic happen.

Finally, the Construction Administration phase is full speed ahead. We’ll collaborate with the contractor to provide submittal reviews and answer RFI’s commensurate with the approved construction documents and handle change orders as needed. Our scope of services varies and includes conducting intermediate and punch-list inspections. Throughout the process, we advocate for our client’s best interests while working closely with all involved parties.
